This is the translation of the front page up to 16:40 hs.

13:10 hs. At Plaza de Mayo, minutes ago the first manifestants of the CCC and the FTV arrived.
-At Constitucion near 3000 manifestants are watiting to start marching.

13:20 hs. The column of "Barrios de Pie" at Plaza Italia is ready to start marching.
- At Puente Pueyrredon the CUBa manifestants are delayed by police officers.

13:50 hs. A memorial to the victims of the repression of dec. 20th last year has started. Relatives of the young poeple murdered and another organistations will go to the seven places where those youngs were murdered by police bullets: GASTON RIVA. DIEGO LAMAGNA. ALBERTO MARQUEZ. GUSTAVO BENEDETTO. CARLOS ALMIRON.

14:20 hs. 2000 people arrived with the north column to congreso. The Congreso assambly will offer a lunch for the un employee who came from all over the country. In the way from Palermo to Congreso, shops were closing.

14:50 hs. The demonstration of the CCC and the CTA at Plaza de Mayo has fnished. Meanwhile, at Congreso there are arriving mannifestants to join the Federal March, that will arrive at Plaza de Mayo at 18 hs.

15:00 hs. The first photos of the West Column are available. The column is marching to the Parliament

15:30 hs. The column Anibal Veron and the Picketeer Block and Barrios de Pie who were at Constitucion ar marching by the 9th of July Av.

16:15 hs. In July,9th Av. and H. Irigoyen there is a strong police presence which will try to surround the motorcyclers protest. The whole street is blocked by policemen.

16:15 hs. The West column of the Picketeer block and Barrios de Pie are in Congreso. The MTD are marching by San Jose to Congreso, changing their orginal path. The thigs are getting a bit more relaxed at July,9th Av. and Mayo av. Some policemen by byke are retiring and motorbykers celebrate and go on to get togheter with the CuBa column. Meanwhile, by July, 9th av. the South Column is arriving, with 8000 unemployees of the Pocketeer Block, the MIJD and Barrios de Pie.

16:40 hs. Since noon of today the bridge that unites the provinces of Rio Negro and Neuquen. First from Rio Negro came unemployees and agrupations of workers to the bridge and since 14 hs. another column of manifestants of Zanon Polo Obrero came.
