PERU: HUNT OIL EN IRREGULAR VIAJE DE ALCALDESA DE CAÑETE

PIDEN AMPLIAR INVESTIGACION DE VIAJE A EEUUU DE ALCALDESA DE CAÑETE RUFINA LEVANO POR VINCULACIONES CON EMPRESA HUNT OIL QUE CONSTRUIRA PLANTA DE GAS EN CAÑETE. PRESIDENTE DE REGION LIMA MIGUEL ANGEL MUFARECH INTERPUSO DENUNCIA PENAL CONTRA ALCALDESA PROVINCIAL DE CAÑETE.

PIDEN AMPLIAR INVESTIGACION DE VIAJE A EEUUU DE ALCALDESA DE CAÑETE RUFINA LEVANO POR VINCULACIONES CON EMPRESA HUNT OIL QUE CONSTRUIRA PLANTA DE GAS EN CAÑETE. PRESIDENTE DE REGION LIMA MIGUEL ANGEL MUFARECH INTERPUSO DENUNCIA PENAL CONTRA ALCALDESA PROVINCIAL DE CAÑETE.


La Alcaldesa de Cañete Rufina Levano Quispe tiene que ser investigada totalmente pues sospechosasmente uno de sus viajes a Estados Unidos de Norteamérica se desarrolla en el periodo en el que la empresa transnacional Hunt Oil desarrollabapoderosos lobbys en el Estado Peruano, afirmó el analista político y Vicepresidente del Instituto Pueblo Continente, Mauricio Quiroz Torres.


Dijo que en la denuncia penal, por la comisión del delito contra la administración pública, interpuesta por el Presidente del Gobierno Regional de Lima, Miguel Ángel Mufarech, la Fiscalía de Cañete debe investigar las vinculaciones de esta Alcaldesa con la Hunt Oil.


Rufina Lévano Quispe, según el Presidente de la Región Lima estaría implicada en los delitos de: resistencia a la autoridad y corrupción de funcionarios, al violar una orden judicial que le impedía ausentarse del país, luego que fuera sentenciada por el delito contra la Fe Pública en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Cañete y confirmada en la Corte Superior de Justicia de la República.


En este caso van a resultar muchos cómplices pues la denunciada ha seguido saliendo del país -sin contar para ello- con una autorización que levante judicialmente su impedimento. Esto se aprecia en el reporte expedido por la Dirección de Migraciones, ha afirmado Mufarech.


Según la información oficial, Rufina Lévano, viajó al exterior en varias oportunidades: El 03 de enero de 1998 salió del Perú hacia México y regresó el 17 del mismo mes por EE.UU. Asimismo el 30 de junio del 2003 regresó al Perú de los EE.UU, sin embargo no registra salida del Perú. Finalmente el 08 de octubre del 2003 salió del Perú hacia Chile; no obstante, pese a encontrarse actualmente en el Perú, no registra ingreso al país.


Finalmente, Quiróz dijo estar a la espera de que el Consejo Regional instale de una vez por todas la Comisión Investigadora de la Hunt Oil en el caso de la Construcción de la Planta de Gas de Cañete donde también se estaría investigando a la alcaldesa cañetana.
