Political murder? Secret service critic gunned down : Argentina Indymedia (( i ))

FPF - The Netherlands - Nijmegen - Nov. 16th 2005 - Last night Louis Seveke, 41, a very well known political activist and secret service watcher, was killed in the center of the city of Nijmegen, in the eastern part of The Netherlands. According to an eyewittness "The killer was a professional, who after firing two shots walked up to the body, calmly checked whether his victim was really dead, and than just walked away." - ''Indications are that this is a political murder" journalist Gerard Legebeke said, interviewed on Dutch national radio. Legebeke is an investigating journalist of renown who lives in Nijmegen, and has known the killed political activist for years.

The question 'Who profits?' - until further information is available - again only points in one direction: the specialists with a license to kill.* A Nijmegen police spokeswoman only wanted to confirm Seveke's death and said "technical investigation is still going on". Louis Seveke during the past twenty years had become the nightmare of illegal police, secret services and many covert neocon government activities.

Seveke juridically also specialized in the growing 'false flag' behavior of the super secret groups in Holland's shady 'services' underworld - guided by the CIA and Mossad/Israel - which is helping to orchestrate the US-made 'War of Terror'. Those by the taxpayers paid 'spooks' are not defending the human rights of the 16 million Dutch, but only the profitability of the economical system and the Dutch government's place as #5 on the list of richest countries, and #6 as the world weapons exporter. Legal and illegal.*

AIVD: FAKE 'AL QAIDA TERROR GROUP

There are a couple of possible motives for this murder. In an article* published two weeks ago in the dutch neocon's information paper NRC-Handelsblad, Seveke as a fighter against crime at the top and 'false flag' operations by special squads wrote:

"IF THE GOVERNMENT ORCHESTRATES TERROR IT SHOULD BE MORE OPEN ABOUT IT."

Among many examples, he wrote critically about the latest blunder by the dutch secret service AIVD - (Algemene Inlichtingen en Veiligheids Dienst) - which apparently ran it's own fake 'al Qaida terror group' named Hofstadgroep. "That is their normal way of working", Seveke wrote in his last NRC article.

One of the AIVD's 'moles' is Ali B. in this 'moslem militant's group' - an agent provocateur who - according to Seveke and dutch TV Netwerk: "Supplied handgranates to 'a very dangerous group': handgranates he covertly had received from an agent of the secret service AIVD". The same handgranates wounded police officers later on when they stormed the safe house after the usual 'water damage'-tip of 'unknown'. To restore Ali B.'s 'cover' - and in a very unintelligent way trying still to bolster Ali B.'s status as a 'terrorist' - the same AIVD agents a couple of days ago - with a lot of collaborating publicity - 'arrested' the man, when too many of those facts became known.

Seveke - among many other activities - was the juridical adviser of a very active group of people - which are critical towards the society and city they live in - occupying a large house called 'The Orphanage' in the historical center of the city of Nijmegen, claiming to be the oldest city in The Netherlands. "We are working day and night to save the city from greedy developers" the group says. But last October 30th a local judge ordered the group to get out of the building by November 30th. Otherwise the police would make them go, since the people in power have decided to 'reconstruct the area' in a for them profitable way. Seveke as juridical advisor was the big 'stumbling block' - which now is gone. And it's a known fact that when money in millions is involved, people do not count in Holland either.

The gunning down of Louis Seveke looks like a case symptomatic of the fear of attacks on the profitable system which the managers of The Netherlands run, and why probably also politician and expected new prime minister of The Netherlands - professor Pim Fortuyn was killed. GOVERNMENT OK'S 'USE OF VIOLENCE THAT MIGHT RESULT IN FATALITIES'

Some people in the Netherlands from the multinational's 'security services' , civil and military intelligence services, plus legal and illegal secret services and covert security firms, claim and use a 'License to Kill'.* They are known by some as 'Health Altering Groups': corporate warriors and other mercenaries which can alter a disliked person's health and/or point of view within seconds. People must either agree or see an undertaker to be buried.

A Dutch marine - who was in court in the Netherlands for shooting an Iraqi man in the back when he ran away - showed to be one of those with 'A License to Kill'. Expatica*, one of the 'expat' web sites for people living abroad*. published an item on "The suspect Dutch marine given license to kill' - last June 15th, reporting that "Investigations into Dutch marine Erik O. who was accused of murdering an Iraqi looter in December - have revealed he was previously involved in top secret 'license to kill' missions .

As a member of the Special Support Unit (BBE) of the Royal Marines, O. was involved in anti-terrorism operations which carried government approval to use violence that might result in fatalities." [endquote]

Nobody expects any honest information from the investigation by the police in Nijmegen - supervised by the AIVD etc. - into the killing of Louis Seveke, one of their worst critics. A man who for twenty years stood up to them and had taken the complaints of people maltreated by the police into the courts. Getting many of them - including the 'spooks', named and shamed.

One does not wonder anymore when often the same crooks - who with good reason are suspected of having committed the crime - also are the ones to decide who will investigate their criminal behavior. Like in the US and many other countries, none of the major political murders in the country has ever really been solved. In The Netherlands - managed by the same group as most countries - it's the same, and that's one of the things Seveke wanted to change.

After the different passings away of most critical journalists, and 'underreported' political activists in The Netherlands, not much overt opposition to the rulers is left. Which bodes ill for some future form of democracy in the country. Louis Seveke with his knowledge and as a motor within the alternatives resistance will be sorely missed, as the many people at his funeral will prove.

Killing him looks like one of the last nails in 'the coffin of free thinking' in Holland.

The story below is about the fact that the former mayor of the city of Nijmegen in Holland - and that's Ms. Guusje ter Horst - where Sévèke was gunned down in the street one year and three months ago by two bullets into the head (in a professional killing the eyewitnesses said) that the same Ms. Guusje ter Horst now has been named 'Minister of the Interior' in The Netherlands.

Either she has promised (understood) to shut up like the rest of the criminals and become ''one of us'' - the in The Netherlands robbing oligarchs - or, she is still a human being and takes human rights seriously.

Because inherent to her tax paid job as a civil servant ( € 137.000 + 'expenses' ) and now as 'Minister of the Interior" - like 'Tzarkozy' in France - is that all files concerning actions c.q. operations by the police and secret services, like the infamous AIVD (Algemene Inlichtingen en Veiligheidsdienst) now should be at her disposal.

That includes also the files concerning the fake 'terror' by home made Dutch state 'terror groups' which are sponsored and armed by the Dutch secret service AIVD as Sévèke also wrote* two weeks before he was murdered.

So the murder ought to be solved soon?

I'm not holding my breath after Sévèke was killed three-hundred meters from where this is written and knowing which is running The Netherlands and making it part of their global suicide...

De nu in Nederland tot Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken benoemde voormalige burgemeester van Nijmegen, Guusje ter Horst, heeft uit hoofde van haar functie de mogelijkheid de moord op geheim dienst researcher en publicist Louis Sévèke snel op te lossen. Ze beschikt daartoe over alle wettelijke machtsmiddelen.

GUUSJE TER HORST: "EEN KOGEL BIJ DE POST - NOTA BENE EEN POLITIEKOGEL."

FPF/Nederland - Nijmegen, 14 Febr. 2007 - De moord op de Nijmeegse researcher en publicist Louis Sévèke op 15 November 2005 kan nu snel worden opgelost. Mevrouw Guusje ter Horst (PvdA) de voortijdig vertrokken burgemeester van Nijmegen die er nauw bij betrokken was wordt minister van Binnenlandse Zaken. Zij is als zodanig o.a. hoogste chef van de Nederlandse politiekorpsen, de Algemene Inlichtingen en Veiligheidsdienst AIVD en dient toegang te hebben tot alle verzamelde documentatie over operaties etc.

Aangezien Minister ter Horst vanaf haar benoeming alle dossiers van de 'diensten' ter beschikking heeft staan, is het aannemelijk dat de schuldige(n) aan deze professionele liquidatie van Louis Sévèke - zoals Elsevier* het omschreef de dag erna - én diens mogelijke opdrachtgevers gearresteerd en strafrechtelijk vervolgd kunnen worden. Hetgeen 1 jaar en drie maanden later - en met een geclaimde inzet van ruim vijftigduizend manuren door aanvankelijk minstens 31 (een-en-dertig) rechercheurs in het z.g. Bamboeteam - absoluut niets heeft opgeleverd. Uitgezonderd de verder toenemende indruk dat het weer om een politiek/economische afrekening op staatsniveau gaat.

Twee hoofdcommissarissen van politie in Nijmegen zijn ook eerder vertrokken, en in het politiekorps weigert men de verantwoording op zich te nemen voor iets dat in hun gebied en tijdens hun wacht gebeurde. Door ter zake deskundigen is het z.g. onderzoek als een 'klungelige cover-up' beschreven: niemand van het lokale korps mag er overigens ook maar iets over zeggen. Meer dan vijfhonderd getuigen zijn gehoord, SMS 'bommetjes' verstuurd, en er zijn 3-D en andere 'reconstructies' gedaan. Resultaat? Nul komma nul! De ooggetuigen van de moord die de schutter hadden gezien moesten tien dagen wachten voor de politie een paar gegevens vrijgaf. Zodat men wist dat het niet om een reus of dwerg ging maar om een blanke man. Terwijl anders een signalement meteen na het bekend worden ervan door de politie landelijk en soms internationaal wordt verspreid. Niet dus.

En alle foto's van de ooggetuigen, met hun mobieltjes gemaakt, de videofilms van alle bewakingscamera's: alles deed het niet of de kwaliteit was te slecht. Het bekende patroon: niets van het beeldmaterial waar de moordenaar op zou staan was bruikbaar liet het opsporingsteam weten. De mensen die het inleverden wisten niet wat ze hoorden...

'RADIOSTILTE' EN EEN NIEUWE ZWIJGPLICHT OPGELEGD

Docent in internationaal recht aan de Politie Academie te Apeldoorn, dhr. Floris Tas, werd als onafhankelijk en extern expert door de familie Sévèke verzocht het onderzoek te volgen, maar dit werd door het Openbaar Minsterie (OM) vorig jaar Maart al geweigerd. Docent Tas is nu schriftelijk door 'bevoegden' via de politie in Nijmegen een nieuwe zwijgplicht opgelegd. Ondanks het feit dat een rechter hem direct tevoren dit grondwettelijke recht op vrijheid van meningsuiting volledig toekende. Dit nadat docent Tas - die op straffe van ontslag niet mee mocht doen aan een Paul Rosenmöller programma op TV over de moord op Sévèke - betreffende deze onwettige beperking van zijn vrijheid van meningsuiting door deze ontslagdreiging een kort geding aanspande. Waarin hij natuurlijk gelijk kreeg.

Mensen die redelijk goed zijn ingevoerd in de heersende en zeer onfatsoenlijke machtskringen twijfelen er overigens sterk aan dat de moord ooit opgelost mag worden. Ze wijzen op de z.g. 'staats-veiligheid' die alles moet en lijkt te rechtvaardigen: het imago van de benevolentie moet de roofmoord blijven verhullen. Deze geheime staatsterreur werd door Louis Sévèke beschreven in een NRC artikel twee weken voor zijn dood toen hij verwees naar de staatsterreurbeweging die de AIVD heeft geïnfiltreerd en/of opgezet naar CIA voorbeeld: o.a. de z.g. Hofstadgroep. Met Internet web sites voor valse 'terreur eisen' en 'n infiltrant die door de AIVD van handgranaten werd voorzien om ''terreur'' uit te oefenen zodat de goegemeente bang blijft. (Zoals op Schiphol weer vandaag met extra controles etc.) Nietwetende politie-agenten kwamen door deze AIVD handgranaten in 't ziekenhuis terecht, en Louis Sévèke werd twee weken later op straat koelbloedig doodgeschoten.

POLITIEKOGEL

In haar toespraak* vorig jaar op 19 December - bij haar afscheid als burgemeester van Nijmegen - zei ter Horst iets over het leefklimaat in de stad: "De frequentie van bedreigingen wordt alleen zichtbaar in anonieme onderzoeken of als het om doodsbedreigingen gaat. Ik prijs mij gelukkig dat ik alleen geconfronteerd ben geweest met beledigingen, verbale verwensingen, verbale bedreigingen, eieren tegen de ruit, een verfbom tegen mijn huis, sterke verdenking van vergiftiging van mijn poezen en een kogel bij de post - nota bene een politiekogel."

Geen wonder dat mevrouw ter Horst net als de politie commissarissen uit Nijmegen verdween. Zeker nadat Guusje ter Horst vier politie agenten van het korps wegens alcoholmisbruik geschorst had. Agenten van het politiekorps arresteerden daarop Korpschef ter Horst in de Vierdaagseweek omdat ze met een borrel te veel op achter het stuur van haar auto zat. Persbureau Novum meldde iets meer: "Ter Horst zou na de overtreding de Commissaris van de Koningin Clemens Cornielje, het college van B en W en alle fractievoorzitters in de Nijmeegse gemeenteraad hebben geïnformeerd. De fractievoorzitters besloten volgens de omroep de boete niet naar buiten te brengen. Ze zouden het een privé-aangelegenheid vinden."*

''ONDER DE PET''

Het zou dus eerst ''onder de pet'' worden gehouden. Maar zoiets had de vroede burgermoeder ter Horst kunnen weten: toen het door anderen nodig werd geacht stond het nieuws ineens in de krant. En weg was ze. Frappant genoeg wees Guusje ter Horst er in een afscheids-interview met het dagblad De Gelderlander* op dat ''het vergroten van de veiligheid in de stad Nijmegen'' een van de goede zaken is die ze heeft bereikt.

Dat is niet in overeenstemming met de waarheid, maar zal misschien eerder worden geloofd als deze bewindsvrouwe ter Horst - nu ze de kans heeft als minister en met alle dossiers bij de hand - ze de moord op Louis Sévèke wél oplost. Of mag ze dat soms ook niet? "In het belang van..."?

Louis Sévèke mag dan wel dood en begraven zijn, maar een overtuiging kan men niet doodschieten.

Net zomin als gevoel voor rechtvaardigheid.
