How Evita got towards power?

An American movie about life story of Eva Peron, who was not only in Argentina known as Evita, a song Don't cry for me Argentina from musical Evita are well-known works of art, but afford us these works of art real or glamorized view by herself Evita ? Was Evita really such as show her these works of art?


In a book History of Argentina, Uruguay and Chile of Czech historian Jiří Chalupa is written, that all the term of the Second World War was Argentina neutral state, but held diplomatic attitudes with the Third German Empire and Japan. The Second World War amounted to definitive crises of Argentinean economic system aimed for export of agricultural commodities and import of industrial product. Behind reaction of the USA and their media were hidden political and traded interests of USA in Argentina. After year 1930 trend of British economy did not allow to keep imperial attitudes between United Kingdom and Argentina. It availed USA for amplification their interests in Argentina, but Argentinean government and Minister of foreign affairs Enrique Ruiz Guiñazú grinded on by policy of neutrality. Amplification of influence of the USA in Argentina was not in accord with British foreign policy, because directly caused danger traded and political interests of United Kingdom in Argentina. In October 1943 were disconnected all negotiations with the USA, but Ministry of foreign affairs all along held diplomatic attitudes with the Third German Empire and Japan.


In January 1944 the Argentinean government conducted by the President Pedro Ramírez formally aborted contacts with the Third German Empire and the President became Edelmir Farrell. All that time begins political career of actress Eva Ibarguren, who began to maintain contacts assumedly with soldiers, after that with commissioned officers and director of telecommunication, who had below control broadcasting and she achieved with several men good to handle, seeing that she always obtained a man, who was important and who decided. Several men were in her life, but with love it did not have anything common. By these commissioned officers she got to Juan Peron, who was all that time Minister of defence and he was commissioned to manage Employment exchange and social affairs. On 22nd January 1944 was in Luna Park, in Buenos Aires, a festival for aid for victims of earthquake in province San Juan, which abuts with Chile. Argentinean diplomat Abel Posse, who was between years 1990 – 1996 ambassador in Czech and Slovak Federate Republic, after that in the Czech Republic, he wrote in his monograph La pasión según Eva, which it is certain, that Eva exactly knew how Juan Peron has distinguished position in an army and how prestige he has. Minister of defence Juan Peron met with Eva and other actors along of affairs of actor's occupative association and they met in Radio Belgrano, too. Juan Peron already all that time attacked to a power and Eva in this musical festival in Luna Park wanted to acquire him. It knew that he very loved his first spouse Aurelia Tizon, who died in 1938. In the music festival he sat next to the President Pedro Ramírez. During the music festival a chair next to Peron remained a while not engaged and this while availed Eva, who sat down next to Peron. She wanted to get for Peron and she got for him. Did Eva have from this meeting importance for destiny or prestige for Peron? In January 1944, when Eva met with Peron, she was all that time 24 years old and he was 49 years old. On 24th February 1944 Peron became a Vice President and directorate of Radio Belgrano signed with Eva new treaty and Eva earns 35.000 peso monthly.


In this year Eva begins to knot contacts with German snoopers, who affect in Argentina. When became her future man the President, they lived some few months together in middle class palace in Teodor Garcia street, which owner was Ludwig Freude, who was most remarkable Nazi confidential agent in Argentina. Ever since Eva without restraints demonstrated to her wealth, which background no one did not know. Ambitious and snobbish Evita for example on 9th July 1946, when the President Peron took her with him to lodge to spectacle in Teatro Colon, Eva for this spectacle allowed especially to carry from Paris deluxe dress of Christian Dior. As regards her wealth, is well preserved a letter addressed to Eva's older sister Blanca Duarte de Rodríguez, which was written in 1982 and in this letter is written, that Eva was a member of brother hood „big confidence ". A fact is, that fault year, when Peron with Evita come in on to power, is considered the year 1944. In May 1944 Vice President Peron enjoined, that broadcast medias must to organize to union trade organisation and only function this organisation will allow in Argentina. After creating of this organisation Eva became its President and for Peron it was good political forward thrust, in order for his fancy woman Eva can administer this organisation. In 1945 a group of army commissioned officers called Grupo de Oficiales Unidos acquired influence indoors Argentinean government. The President Pedro Ramírez was canny for growing power of Peron as Vice President, but he was unable to delimit his power. On 9th October 1945 was Peron arrested by his opponents indoors government, but who were afraid of support of Peron from employees and poor people. Specific activity of Eva was her participation in event of 17th October 1945, which aimed for Peron to his first choosing as President in February 1946. When Peron was arrested, Eva together with his friends organized demonstrations of employees on 16th October and 17th October, which came to a head by release of Peron. All that time Eva contacted representatives of trade unions by application her force for satisfaction her greedy ambitions for revenge to all those who arrested Peron. Main function for release of Peron had his closest co-operators conducted by army colonel Domingo Mercante, but own important function had also alone Evita just by organization of demonstrations of employees.
