The Story Of Taking Back My Story

This is a backup entry documenting a project that begun at the gobal indymedia when it was alive, secedeing from bueraucratically misled local indymedia communities aimed to take them back not through uphill confrontation but by voluntary surrounding. Inside its language, you may like it, then you can improve with it, or may can dislike it, then you need to improve against it, or you can use it against almost everything else bringing about such an undesirable situation. And when you are good enough you can ignore it as if it were from an alien culture. This is the story of keeping up a balance between change and choice against any attempts of crashing one into the other or the other way round.

I says: ABAB is like a hint at a door to a person hitting its head against a wall. Of course, in the forest, where ABAB is real, there are neither walls nor doors, only heads and sometimes not even that. ABAB is a statement made out of a decision to go for what must beyond the current day and age to stay alive.

ABAB started as a thought experiment aimed at researching, documenting and correcting a fundamental flaw in the current organisation of the human species that has put the lion's share of it, that is us, on an extinction track, and consequentially developed into a multiplication force of the archetypal knowledge for the survival thereof.

Now, ABAB more often than not is not merely a working hypothesis but an undeniable fact, namely that a revolutionary message in the form of the written word can be hammered out in archetypal expression resonating so deeply with the elementary concept of humanity, which is at the heart of every autonomous culture, that its echo transcends all boundaries of language, local circumstance and repressive ignorance.

For this purpose, a linguistic minimalism is adhered to in order to tell the two or three significant details of the thousand words picture that is every moment in life, enabling ABAB to use the own mother tongue as translation input source not only for humans but machines as well, rather than choosing a more widespread one like this.

That way ABAB teaches the anti-capitalist practitioner how to safely reach back before this flaw, but at the same time with the same words also the confused believers of capitalist economy and state how to obtain for real what they are spoiling themselves with their counterproductive efforts.

And yet, ABAB's key message is not written on dead trees or rare earth minerals, but into the lands, the skies and everything in between by a hand bigger than the specific aberrations which make it necessary for ABAB to come up. In an age of postcolonial religious war, for most people most of the time looking at Nature means that I sees more traces of destruction than Nature.

This spells as described in the messages delivered in the German language in which they were originally composed: For example, most human eyes will not notice whether a tree population they see is exhausting its full life expectancy or not. They are akin to observers of a civilisation suffering age massacres they do not notice.

Likewise, it is to be held up as a technical disclaimer that this project is incomplete and I will complete it as it grows. It is self-evident that an effort of writing the story of taking back my story as an element of actually doing it, among other things by writing it can only work like this.

Anything that can be said now without unsolicited association is to be said, and everything else goes into the big appendix to open up after the effort's successfull completion, which is my actual story, and ABAB is the first name in it, the part of it that occurs first and goes ahead to take it back, or any other story ABAB may be entrusted with, and then turn it back from its head on its feet, inside in outside out, including itself, resp. myself.
