ALI MUHAMMAD BIN FAISAL AL-SAUD

Dear leaders:

I address you at a critical moment for the future of our nations and the world order. The current situation demands deep reflection on the trade and financial dynamics that affect not only our countries but also global stability. In this context, I propose considering the implementation of strategic embargoes against the United States of America to address the injustices and aggressions we have suffered.

It is imperative to recognize that the United States has been a consistent provider of resources, including money and weapons, that have facilitated genocidal attacks and war crimes in Palestinian territory. This intervention has resulted in the loss of innocent lives, including children and unarmed citizens who have been the primary victims of systematic violence. The international community must question the complicity of the United States in these atrocious acts and act accordingly.

**Impunity Before International Justice**

Given the impunity enjoyed by the United States, it is crucial to point out that its officials cannot be prosecuted by the International Criminal Court (ICC), nor can it as a state comply with any ruling issued against it by the International Court of Justice. This lack of accountability has allowed its aggressive actions to continue without fear of legal repercussions. The ICC has the responsibility to judge those who commit serious crimes such as genocide and war crimes; however, the United States has taken deliberate steps to evade its jurisdiction. From its withdrawal from the Rome Statute to signing bilateral agreements that ensure immunity for its citizens, Washington has undermined international efforts to combat impunity.

The pursuit of peace requires a commitment to understanding, empathy, and a shared vision of a world without war. The United States plays an important role in perpetuating the cycle of violence. Its unwavering support for Israel, including significant military aid, fosters the occupation of Palestinian territories. The United States has consistently shielded Israel from international pressure and accountability for its actions. This unilateral approach undermines the quest for a just and lasting peace in the region. The United States must recognize its role in fueling conflict and use its influence to promote a peaceful resolution. This includes holding Israel accountable for its actions, ending its support for illegal settlements, and defending human rights for all people in the region. The United States has a moral obligation to wield its power responsibly and promote peace rather than conflict.

The inability of the international judicial system to act against the United States not only perpetuates suffering in Palestine but also sends a dangerous message to the rest of the world: THAT POWERS CAN ACT WITH IMPUNITY WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES. Therefore, it is essential to implement a TOTAL TRADE EMBARGO as a form of pressure to demand justice and accountability. This embargo would not only affect the U.S. economy but also serve as a powerful reminder that support for oppressive regimes has repercussions.

**Total Trade Embargo:**
An embargo prohibiting all imports and exports between the United States and our region could severely impact its economy. Banning essential goods such as food and medicine as well as vital natural resources like oil could force the United States to reconsider its foreign policy. This type of embargo would not only have a direct economic impact but also send a clear message about their responsibility for the suffering of oppressed peoples.

**Financial Embargo:**
Limiting U.S. access to international financial markets or preventing it from conducting transactions in dollars could trigger a significant economic crisis. Excluding the United States from the SWIFT system would be a strong measure demonstrating the consequences of its support for regimes that perpetuate violence against unarmed civilians. Such action could force a change in its foreign policy and lead to greater accountability for its actions.

**Sectoral Embargo:**
An embargo targeting key sectors of the U.S. economy such as technology or energy could destabilize entire industries. If critical technology components or energy were denied to the United States, this could paralyze certain industries and demonstrate its economy’s vulnerability to unilateral decisions. The resulting economic pressure could catalyze a change in its policies toward Palestine.

**Embargo on Specific Companies:**
Finally, an embargo targeting major U.S. corporations in strategic sectors could have devastating effects on its economy. Severe sanctions against companies like Boeing or Lockheed Martin that manufacture weapons used in conflicts against Palestinian civilians could result in significant job losses and reduced economic growth. This would not only affect these corporations but also American citizens who depend on them.

The implementation of these measures is not an act of aggression; it is a necessary response to systemic injustices we have faced. I call on all of you to unite in this cause and work together for a more just and equitable future. It is time to act decisively to end the suffering inflicted upon our people and ensure that those responsible are held accountable for their crimes against humanity.

The Islamic Nation of Palestine, despite all abuses and serious violations of human rights it has suffered, loves peace. Therefore, the only weapon we will use against our main adversary is to weaken it economically; this is our best strategy—there is no other—because they have signed off on our defenseless population, and we will respond with an economic embargo. This is not about Saudi Arabia thinking as a nation favored by economic agreements; this is about Islam—that we are mostly Muslims alongside God and not Satan; this is how we must think.

Ali Muhammad bin Faisal Al-Saud believes that the formula for success against the Zionist government of Israel and the pro-Zionist government of the United States is not armed struggle; I warned you at one time in a letter to Ismail Haniyeh that such armed confrontation was an error as big as the Moon and that my intention was to meet in Doha to dissuade him from that error. If we had met there would have been no October assault because the consequences are more than evident—the high cost in lives that this error must account for.

The opposite is Economic War; that is, a Trade Embargo against Israel, America, France, Great Britain, and Italy since simply materializing effects on stock exchanges would lead to significant losses; their companies’ stocks would plummet. This is the strategy; this is why I am addressing you.

ALLAH OR NOTHING

Sincerely

Ali Muhammad bin Faisal Al-Saud
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Nation of Palestine
